Unsatisfied

Back in April this year I called Miko for an engineer to call to my Vienna coffee machine, as the whipper motor had siezed and wouldn`t whip. The engineer called and spent 10 mins freeing the motor with WD40 and fitted a new seal. £111 LATER. Now 7 months later I have the same problem but now have had to have a new whipper motor £150. Joe at NW doesn`t seem to understand that if the motor had been fitted the first time I wouldn`t be hundreds of pounds out of pocket, and feeling so sore about Miko coffee. You can bet it wasn`t Miko this time BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
